Pick a time to visit to collect your order or bespoke commission.
Service Description
All collections are by appointment from my studio in Sun Pier House, Chatham, ME4 4HF. If you're booking a time to pick up your online order just let me know your order number and I'll have it ready and waiting for you. If you're wanting to try on ready-to-wear pieces before your purchase anything, please book an 'In Person Appointment', as they are longer to give you more time to find the right hat or fascinator. Please note, my studio is one the 1st floor with no lift access, but I'll happily pop down with your order if stairs cause access issues.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Collections: - If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via the booking confirmation or by emailing info@MissAvasMillinery.com and I'll happily organise this for you. Please try to give 24hrs notice where possible. Classes & Workshops Cancellations: - If you need to cancel your class or workshop place, please give at least 14 days notice if you would like a full refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable, but will be rescheduled where possible. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule your one-to-one class, please give as much notice as possible and I will accommodate you to arrange a new time. - Workshops may have limited times when they are offered, so your place will be rescheduled where possible, otherwise it will be subject to cancellation policies. Please give at least 14 days notice.
