Service Description
If you'd like a bespoke piece, we can discuss and design your dream headwear which will be unique to you. I'll be able to remotely show you hat shapes and fabric to help me create something which is perfect for you. If you'd like a ready to wear piece I'll be able to show you pieces which I have ready to send out to you. If there is a specific piece (or several) you're interested in, just let me know so I can have them close to hand ready for you to see. If you are matching a specific outfit or accessory just have it ready to show to help with the design or selection process.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Collections: - If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so via the booking confirmation or by emailing info@MissAvasMillinery.com and I'll happily organise this for you. Please try to give 24hrs notice where possible. Classes & Workshops Cancellations: - If you need to cancel your class or workshop place, please give at least 14 days notice if you would like a full refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non-refundable, but will be rescheduled where possible. Rescheduling: - If you need to reschedule your one-to-one class, please give as much notice as possible and I will accommodate you to arrange a new time. - Workshops may have limited times when they are offered, so your place will be rescheduled where possible, otherwise it will be subject to cancellation policies. Please give at least 14 days notice.
