Ivory Silk Pillbox Hat with Veil and Bow
Gorgeous ivory dupion silk covers the body of the hat and forms the handcrafted statement bow on this beautiful pillbox hat.
The ivory birdcage veil has been blocked to help give it shape, and the mid-sized weave makes it wonderful to wear.
The inside is lined with vibrant blue satin, adding a hidden touch of 'something blue', and a vintage button. It's finished with a petersham band.
This would look stunning worn with a tea length wedding dress.
Blocked and sewn by hand in my millinery studio in Kent, and ready to send or collect with 1-3 working days.

Approximate dimensions of the hat body (excluding trimmings and veil): diameter = 12.7 cm; height = 3.8 cm.
Black hat elastic holds this in place, sitting at the lower back of your head and hides within your hair. This can be changed to blonde or white upon request, just pop me a message when you place your order.
Your hat will come nestled in acid free tissue paper within one of my hat boxes, which is perfect for travelling with and for safely storing it when it's not being worn.
I try to photograph colours as accurately as possible, by display variations can occur. Just ask if a swatch is avaliable (postage fees may apply outside of the UK).
