International Customers:

• I'm based in the UK, but can ship to many destinations around the world. If your country is not showing as a shipping option get in touch via email and I'll provide a quote for you. Please specify if you require a carrier other than the Royal Mail and the local postal system, such as DPD.

• International orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid, so prices are do not include any local taxes, import fees, customs charges, etc that your country may apply. All taxes and fees applied are the responsibility of the buyer, so please do check in advance of placing your order.

• Some countries have import restrictions which prohibit the import of some items. Please check if your country allows an item before you order, as ensuring that items ordered are permitted for import are the responsibility of the buyer. Miss Ava's Millinery is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur due to the import of items which a country does not permit.  If you need any details about the materials used in an item just email and I'll be happy to help with any information needed.
